Like many photographers starting out in the business, I have a daytime job. One that has taught me patience, compassion and to just simply love and appreciate life. For those of you who may not know, I work with children with disabilities. As blessed as I am and as much as I love seeing the smiles on those faces, I'm not ready to say good bye to summer. I'm not ready to give up my slow mornings, my lunches with hubby and pups, chats with my son, spending time with friends, antique shopping and daytime trips to the park to photograph nature. No, I'm really not ready! BUT if I have to go back, bring on Autumn with all it's beautiful vibrant colors. Always have something to look forward to, life really is quite wonderful.

I can't tell you how much fun I had yesterday with this shoot. Mirrors in a forest with a princess....enchanting. 

These two are such sweethearts and great sports. 

Teapots, cupcakes, dolls, tired eyes, Mom and Me story, cake pops, hot weather, Aunt, a beautiful lake, but the best of all.....SISTERS!
